[VIAC Supported Events] Seoul ADR Festival 2026 – Where we connect across borders

 

 

The Seoul ADR Festival (SAF) was first launched in 2015 under the support of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) and since then it has grown into an internationally recognized ADR event. Composed of various sessions addressing the process of dispute resolution from diverse perspectives, SAF provides a platform for legal professionals, academics, and users to gather and exchange ideas on how to accommodate better the growing demand for ADR services and develop dispute resolution practices around the world.

 

The 2025 edition convened over 1,500 participants from 40+ jurisdictions, marking a defining moment for the region's dispute resolution community.

 

Building on that momentum, SAF 2026 will go further – broadening voices, deepening dialogue, and elevating the standard for cross-border practice. The latest chapter in a journey ten years in the making.
